I just popped in to grab a few beers, but pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock again. Bit frustrating, honestly

I tried reaching out for help with my order and, i don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, but I was ignored for days. When they finally did get back to me, the reply barely helped at all. I’m really disappointed and I won’t be bothering with them again.

I tried placing my order twice, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment details. There wasn’t any clear error message or anything, it just kept sending me back around. I ended up just giving up.

I popped in hoping for a relaxed pint, but the place just didn’t have a great feel to it. The music was louder than I expected, the tables were packed in tight, and it wasn’t somewhere I felt like hanging around for long. The staff seemed rushed, and when I asked about moving to a slightly better spot, it was just brushed off with a “that’s our policy” kind of answer, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe the beer itself is decent, but the overall vibe put me off coming back...

The beers themselves were good, so no complaints there. The annoying part was the subscription side of things. Delivery dates weren’t very clear, and when I tried to cancel, it took longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact, just forms, emails, or automated stuff. It wasn’t awful, but it ended up being more hassle than I wanted...

The beer was alright, nothing amazing but fine enough. What bothered me was the staff, they seemed annoyed when I asked a couple of simple questions, which felt kind of ridiculous. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just trying to figure out what to order. Not the most welcoming experience.

I tried a few cans and, i just wasn’t into it. The taste felt kind of flat to me, and one of them had this weird bitter aftertaste that I couldn’t get past. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for what I paid, I expected something I’d actually enjoy. I don’t see myself buying it again anytime soon.

When it showed up, the box was completely crushed, which made it seem like it hadn’t been packed or handled with much care. Maybe the item itself was fine, but the packaging definitely didn’t give a great first impression.

I was hoping there’d be a bit more variety, but the site felt limited to me. A lot of the beers seemed kind of the same, and I just didn’t see many different styles to choose from. It might be fine for some people, maybe if you like that sort of selection, but I got bored quickly and ended up leaving without ordering anything.

The beer was okay, but it really felt a little expensive for the taste and the size. Delivery was fine, no issues there at all, I’m just not really sure it’s worth the money compared to some other breweries

I ordered a mixed case from Gipsy Hill Brew and, yeah, I was excited to try a few different beers from them.

Most of them were totally fine, but a couple just tasted a bit flat and, I don’t know, not as fresh as I expected. The dates weren’t anything crazy old, but the flavour felt kind of tired, especially considering the price.
Delivery was okay and everything arrived undamaged, so no complaints there really. But freshness is, like, the main thing for me with beer, so I’m not sure I’d order direct again.

I really enjoyed the beer when it arrived, it was definitely good and I was glad I tried it. But when I saw how much the shipping cost, it took some of the excitement away. I’d order again for the beer itself, but the shipping price would make me think twice.

I ordered thinking it will show up in a few days, but it took way too long. There wasn’t really any clear updates either, so I was just sitting around waiting and wondering what’s going on. The beer was fine when it finally arrive, but the delivery speed was disappointing.

The aroma was actually really nice, I noticed it right away when I opened it, kind of warm and pleasant. But once I tasted it, the flavour felt flat. I kept waiting for it to build a little, especially after a few sips, but it never really did. Nice scent, just weaker than I expected on the flavour side

I had an issue with my order dealing with support has just made me regret buying it in the first place. They kept dragging things out without actually fixing anything, and it still isn’t properly sorted. Frustrating experience overall.
